Ms. Majdalani was appointed in December 2016 to represent Lebanon for a three year period at the Arab Union of Female Engineers.
In 2017 she founded the Women Engineers committee at the Lebanese Order of Engineers and Architects and is currently its President. She has, since then, initiated a series of events targeting the empowerment of Women Engineers in Lebanon.
She has launched in December 2017 the first conference for Women Engineers and Architects (under the patronage of the Minister of Women Affairs in Lebanon) to shed light on talented Lebanese Females that have made significant contributions to the field of engineering or are in key decision making positions, whether in the public or private sectors.
On March 8 2018, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, she launched a series of quarterly seminars and field trips on major infrastructure and development issues highlighting specifically Women Engineers and Women Architects that have made a major contribution in Lebanon, in order to shed light on their achievements in specific issues.
