Victoria Zinchuk

Director, Head of Croatia, EBRD

With a Bachelor's Degree in Economics (Kiev State University of Economics, Ukraine) and a Master's Degree in Banking and Finance (Kiev State University of Economics, Ukraine and University of Central England, Birmingham, Uk), Mrs. Zinchuk has a pretigious carreer in the banking sector.

Since November 2018, Mrs. Zinchuk became Director, Head of Croatia at EBRD, with the following attributions:

• responsible for the team’s business targets and setting strategic direction for the EBRD in the country,

• review and approval of project documentation (private sector and sovereign lending transactions),

• leading business development efforts while actively promoting the Bank's products to all potential clients,

• responsible for policy dialogue initiatives, - engaging with national and local authorities, private and public sector clients, IFIs, the EU, bi-lateral donors etc.

• representing the Bank at business conferences/events and responding to press enquiries.
