Alternate Director, Lahore Grammar School
Rishm Najm is a senior education professional. Brought up in Lahore and Washington, D.C., Rishm earned her Masters degree in Comparative and International Education at Columbia University and her Bachelors degree in International Relations at Tufts University.
She works as an alternate Director of the Lahore Grammar School—Pakistan’s second largest school system, where she focuses on curriculum and development in several of its branches, also heading the social media department. Rishm previously consulted with the US Department of Education focusing on national research on topics related to after-school programming, family engagement, and dropout prevention, among others. She enjoys engaging in dialogue on literacy and sociocultural topics and has worked with the Lahore Literary Festival.
