Nfon Peter Che

Nfon Peter Che is a trained Physics and Computer Science teacher who has been teaching these subjects for four years. He earned an award as the best teacher in his school during the 2014/2015 academic year, this award was as a recognition of good results at the end of course examination and assiduity in all assigned tasks.

He is a trained first aid volunteer with the Cameroon Red Cross. Being a first aid volunteer has occupied all of his hours when he is not teaching. In March 2018 he was trained as a monitor in first aid and emergency by the Cameroon Red cross. His community has been experiencing a socio-political crisis since October 2016 which has led to significant internal displacement, almost all the schools in his community are not operating. Being jobless and very much affected by crisis he decided to start volunteering with Community initiative for Sustainable Development which for the past one year has been working on so many projects aimed at building peace and creating a more tolerant and socially inclusive society.
