Chintal is the Founder and Director of CoSustain Consulting Limited. CoSustain’s mission is to support companies and organisations to grow sustainably, by balancing financial, social and environmental performance.
The company’s clients operate globally, and projects span corporate sustainability, sustainable finance and international development. CoSustain provides high-quality professional advisory services in strategy, operations, and implementation. Chintal is also a Sector Advisor for the Said Business School at the University of Oxford, where she coaches and mentors MBA students and chairs panel discussions.
Chintal is an expert in strategy, implementation, and multi-stakeholder initiatives. She has led teams in Zambia, India, Bangladesh, Sierra Leone and Nigeria across a range of sectors from retail, agricultural commodities and the financial sector to ship recycling and issues such as human rights and labour standards, environmental protection, “waste to wealth” and renewable energy. She is involved in sustainable finance initiatives including those related to gender smart investing. Chintal was previously a Senior Consultant in the Sustainability and Climate Change team at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London, and she started her career with Accenture delivering business transformation projects for multinational clients.
