By its definition, Strategic Positioning (SP) represents all the steps you took to influence the consumers’ or users’ understanding of your product, service, or organization. The keyword of SP is perception. While looking at the two elementary dimensions of successful SP – those being uniqueness and specificity, during a 30-year-long practice that spanned four continents, I actively participated in the creation of a new development matrix for both countries and large companies as well as individuals, who expressed their desire to 'be awakened'.

It is all about the GPS: Global Positioning Strategy Matrix, which is necessary for the Sustainable Development of the entire society. The concept of GPS by itself can be defined as development and support to private and state-owned assets, governmental or military relationships, and business agreements with foreign countries positioned at key global strategic points, either independently or in multilateral arrangements, for the purpose of accumulating information, influence, power and technological expertise. We can freely say that, today, the positioning strategy is far more present than it can be noticed by simply observing the market.

Such consciousness leads managers towards doing their work as a form of good not only for the sake of the analytical business results that benefit them directly – which is still valuable, but also for the benefit of what they are. Recent scientific developments give information about their experiences through reshaping their understanding of the nature of reality.

Today's GPS is closely related to the both mentioned processes and the understanding that running a business today implies sharing interests and values. Without appreciation and respect for the strength of the team spirit, but also developing methodologies and techniques for contribution of the value of each individual in it, progress will be difficult to sustain. I would say also: impossible. This is increasingly evident both at the level of companies and at the level of society. QM, which symbolizes a holistic approach to the management of organizations to any GPS strategy of a large or small company, a city, a region or a country, enables the integration of all constructive energies in order to achieve a defined goal. With this, it clearly sends an invitation to each individual to recognize itself in the goal just as much as in the path to the realization of that goal.

Why Nikola Tesla?

Nikola Tesla (1856-1943) is the last Renaissance luminary of the modern age. His grandiose opus connected three centuries and two millennia, earning a debt of gratitude from the entire humanity. He patented a vast number of revolutionary inventions, and earned many rewards and laurels for his contribution to science.

The originality and usefulness of Tesla’s inventions were proven by time. Not only have many of his patents become the pillars of today’s industries and devices – it is difficult to imagine that some of them can even be improved in the near future. By mid-20^th century, technical documentation was ripe with Tesla’s inventions, and professional literature and textbooks of the time used dozens of concepts that carry the inventor’s last name: Tesla’s electrotherapy, Tesla’s systems, Tesla’s theory, the Tesla turbine, and so on. Believing and demonstrating that the task of an inventor is to save lives, Tesla shows that, as their guiding star, an innovator must always have a vision of a higher ideal which unambiguously points that an invention is welcome only if it serves the well-being of humanity.

Interest in Nikola Tesla, a scientist, physicist, engineer, and inventor, continues to grow. Today, on the millennium scale of the existence of human civilization, it is almost impossible to find another person whose life and work awaken such a wide range of interests from various researchers, including medical professionals.

Algorithm T.E.S.L.A.

Strategic philanthropy refers to a unique and powerful way of successfully meeting the economic goals of a company while yielding social benefits. It is based on the belief that total commitment in the civil society triggers necessary advances, which promote strategic values in the society.

In 2015, I gave a lecture at Harvard University entitled "Nikola Tesla: Strategist of the World". It was then that I publicly presented the Sustainable Development GPS Matrix for the first time, based on a combination of my expertise in the field of Strategic Positioning of states and Tesla's formulation of the formula for the Sustainable Development of society, which he presented in his texts in 1900, later published in a book called "The Problem of Enhancing the Energy of Mankind". In his own creative way, Nikola Tesla unified vision and strategy, business and philanthropy, innovation and sustainability.

Inspired by decades of researching Nikola Tesla’s work, and with a deep understanding of contemporary challenges, I’ve created the T.E.S.L.A. Algorithm, which interactively and transdisciplinary connects five fields:

T = Technology based on Ether

E = Education based on Akasha Chronicles

S = Science based on Zero Point Field

L = Love based on Field of Unconditional Love

A = Activism based on unit Chi.

More concretely, I contributed to the definition of the strategic directions for social development at the IV World Forum UNAOC in Doha. Our definition respected the framework given by ‘A long term Strategy for Global Sustainable Development’ based on Partnership of Civilizations from the ‘The Future of Civilizations Global Forecast for 2050’, with sets the following principles:

• It is only through an integral approach and strategic partnerships between various social players, from the State to individuals, that real advances can be made in the process towards sustainable development, both on a global and local level;
• The development of new, specific institutions and mechanisms are essential in order to fully implement the defined strategy;
• It is necessary to gather projects together, which can lead to revolutionary advances in the fields of science, education and computer sciences;
• There is a need to clearly identify the deficient areas that are important for a global change of society as a whole, and to act in order to improve them in accordance with formerly defined goals.

To illustrate and conclude I would like to finish with a Sufi story ‘The Best Student’.

Sheik Gunaid had a student whom he loved more than the others, which made them jealous. Knowing their hearts, Sheik understood that and told them: „He is a better person than you are, both by his behaviour and his intelligence. Let us make an experience to prove it to you.“ Then Gunaid ordered twenty birds and told the students: „Each of you take a bird, go somewhere where no one can see you, kill it there and come back with it“. All students left, killed the birds and came back with the dead animals, except the favorite student who came back with the bird alive. „Why did not you kill it? “, asked Gunaid. The student answered: „Because the teacher told us to do it somewhere where no one can see us. But wherever I go, God sees everything“.
