Madiha Ahmed is a Social Development Expert, Thought Programmer, Applied Academics Consultant and Customised Coding Expert.

She is the founder and director of two companies, Madiha Ahmed OPC Pvt Ltd and Realpactech Pvt Ltd. Madiha Ahmed OPC Pvt Ltd offers services in the field of media, communication and development which includes courses on sociolinguistics and sociology of language, on parenting and inter-generational family leadership, on mindful journalism, on career mentoring and research and development in the social development sector. Realpactech Pvt Ltd offers services in customised technology education, STEAM and STEM education, life skills through movies, digital literacy for educators and adults.

Madiha is a Columnist at Madhyamam English, based in India which also has a Malayalam edition Madhyamam published in Kerala, India as well as Persian Gulf edition Gulf Madhyamam in the Middle East. She is a Consultant and Trainer for the Dell Aarambh Webinars 2020 in India. 

She is also a TeachSDGs Ambassador, Mentor at India based Jobs For Her, Mentor at Canada based Skills for Change, Mentor at US based McFerrin Center For Entrepreneurship and Mentor and Expert at New York Academy of Science, Expert at Germany based DO School, Career Mentor at UK based University of Westminster. 

She is a Former Trainer for projects by National Stock Exchange on financial literacy and Cello on learning better for students, Junior Horlicks on better understanding of "smartness" in 2-6 year old kids for parents, Dell Aarambh PC for Education for teachers in Kolkata, India. 

In October 2018, she was a Speaker at Edu Cafe in Dubai, the largest education and career fest in the Middle East for Indians where she conducted 3 separate sessions for youth on "How to Not be Average," for parents on "Camel Parenting" and for teachers on "Being a Legacy Building Coach."

An author of "13 Inspirations@23- The story of a young woman who said no to being average," her book is soon to be published.
