A business professional with more than 14 years of blended experience in Internal Audit, Finance and Human Resources within various business industries. This diversified career journey has paved Rawan’s way towards building a holistic view of Human Capital Management from a financial as well as Human perspective on both operational and strategic levels.
Rawan has started her career path in the banking sector where she led different roles in the internal audit function for 6 years. Following that, she joined PepsiCo International where she challenged herself and made the career shift to follow her passion for the Human Resources space as OD country lead then got promoted to the position of Recruitment, OD, Training & Culture Manager. After PepsiCo, Rawan was appointed as HR Director for Abu Khader Group and then moved out to join Edraak Organization as Head of People Operations.
At the beginning of 2020, she has decided to put the first step into the advisory world and started working on her own as a freelance HR consultant & advisor. Since then and up till date, she initiates, manages and delivers different HR projects for companies in several industries (Tech, IT outsourcing, digital learning, e-commerce, hospitality, universities …etc). Her services include head hunting, capability building programs, career coaching, training design & delivery as well as other HR related expertise based on the clients’ needs. Her motto is making a difference in HR world through providing top notch quality services for her client that can give them a proper return on investment which also contributes in sustaining long-term collaborations.
From educational side, Rawan has got her Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Jordan University back in 2008, she is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) & Certified International Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHRi).
She is currently putting all her effort in stabilizing her work plans as a freelance, opening up new business opportunities, retaining her current clients and charting the way forward for establishing her own company in the long-term.
During her free time, she enjoys socializing & spending time with friends, playing sports and watching Tv.
