He is a visionary and enthusiastic health professional, hardworking and he has a strong commitment to demonstrating professional ethics and a high level of integrity with five years as a Clinical Officer. Mugumya has the ability to work under minimal supervision and produce quality and on-time results. He is resourceful, adaptable and self-directed with the ability to handle challenging situations.
