He has 40 years of experience in the global IT arena. He is a co-founder of Reflexis Systems Inc., which started from zero revenue in early 2000 and grew to being acquired by Zebra Technologies for USD 575 MM in 2020.
Raghu has held a variety of technical, functional and business roles in my career spread across multiple countries across the globe - India, the UK, the
Caribbean and the USA to name a few. A few significant areas of his expertise are: Customer Success Management - all aspects of assessing and providing value-added solutions to enterprise customers. Multi-location and offshore operations management - managed operations for companies with 10-500 people. Product Portfolio Management - went through many cycles of identifying requirements in the market, building products to satisfy these requirements and making a successful business out of marketing these solutions. Leadership and Executive Management - led teams to success in startup and early stage growth environments. Throughout his career, Raghu has mentored and helped grow many software professionals and others, with unwavering focus on the customer.
