Chief Information Officer, Tiffany & Co.
Lisa Baldwin is Chief Information Officer for Tiffany & Co. where she is responsible for technology globally. Tiffany operates 313 stores in the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Japan, Europe, UAE and Russia. Additionally, the company owns a significant stake in the world’s diamond supply through direct diamond sourcing and manufactures jewelry internally.
Ms. Baldwin is leading a multi-year transformational systems program replacing key applications supporting the retail, merchandising, manufacturing and financial business units. Alongside the foundational systems work she is driving the digital customer experience and modernization of the retail store.
Previously, Ms. Baldwin was Vice President, Information Technology at Coach, Inc. where she led a corporate application development team. There she managed a global team and developed a multi-year IT strategy, established a PMO function, and led the implementation of a new data warehouse. Additionally, she drove the consolidation and replacement of home-grown demand planning applications.
Prior to taking on leadership roles within the Retail Industry Ms. Baldwin was an Associate Partner with IBM Global Business Services. In her ten years with IBM, she led many HR, Finance and Merchandising ERP implementations. Additionally, she spent several years at Tiffany & Co. creating a global ecommerce platform and product information tool which are currently leveraged today to support over 60 sites (i.e., ecommerce, mobile, informational, employee store).
Ms. Baldwin holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Georgia State University and is an active member of the National Retail Federation. She also mentors students majoring in technology at New York University and Fordham University.
