HRH Princess Beatrice of York

Princess Beatrice was born on 8th August, 1988; the first child of The Duke of York and Sarah, Duchess of York and fifth grandchild of The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh.

Princess Beatrice went to University at Goldsmiths College, London, graduating in 2011 with a degree in History and History of Ideas. Dyslexic herself, Princess Beatrice is Patron of several charities involved with education and learning which are dedicated to preparing young people to flourish in the digital age - regardless of background and educational ability. In 2012, Her Royal Highness, along with six friends, founded The Big Change Charitable Trust, to identify and support charitable projects throughout the UK that improve the lives of young people. Princess Beatrice works full time as Vice President of partnerships and strategy for Afiniti technology and lives between the UK and USA. Princess Beatrice is an advocate for the promotion of women in leadership in the technology and media industries.
