Stéphane Chui is 23 years old. Born and raised in Montréal, Canada, he is currently based in London after completing his postgraduate degree.
He has received a BA in International Relations from the University of Exeter and an MA in Applied Security Strategy from the Strategy & Security Institute. Thus, he specialises in international security and aims to engage in peacebuilding for fragile and conflict-affected states.
His interest in international development stemmed during his university years when he led a non-profit organisation called Enactus Exeter. Through Enactus Exeter, he used the power of social entrepreneurship to tackle social, economic and environmental challenges that impacted marginalised communities.
Stéphane believes that if a nation wants to achieve progress, resolving political conflict and securing its livelihood must be a priority.
