Chairwoman, YGA
Melike Aydın, a graduate of Boğaziçi University, Department of Business Administration, was elected to Young Guru Academy (YGA) while she was still a university student. For 3 years, she executed the Read Think Share sessions at disadvantaged primary schools. After graduation, she continued to work as a volunteer.
She started her career in 2005, first as a marketing manager at Danone, followed by Nestle. She moved to Switzerland as Expat and worked as Brand Manager of 50 countries at Cereal Partners WW, a joint venture between Nestle and General Mills. She attended the Executive Leadership program at London Business School. She received “CPW Continuous Excellence” awards in the fields of innovation and communication. Finally, she was promoted as the Marketing Manager responsible for Europe. She resigned in August 2015 and returned back to Turkey. She started working in YGA and in the technology firms that YGA graduates has founded. She has been serving as the Chairwoman of the YGA since June 2019.
