Senator, Upper House of the Jordanian Parliament (Jordanian Senate) & Superintendent, Ahliyyah School for Girls & Bishop's School for Boys Amman

She was selected amongst the most powerful women in Jordan in the Jordan Business Magazine in 2008 and 2014, and amongst the most 200 powerful women in the Arab World in Forbes Middle East Magazine in 2014.

She is also a member of King Abdullah Fund for Development (KAFD) Board of Trustees for the second session, the Royal National Committee of the Higher Council for Curriculum Development, the head of the Technical Committee of The Queen Rania Award for Excellence in Education, the head of the Technical Committee of Shoman Award for Children’s Literature, member of the Council of Education in Jordan, a member of the National Committee for Human Resources Development, a member of the Board of Trustees of Jordan Museum, a member of the Educational Committee of the Jordanian Senate House, a member of the Woman Committee of the Jordanian Senate House, the Rapporteur of the Labor and Social Development Committee of the Jordanian Senate House, and a member of Amman’s US Sister Cities High Committee. Mrs. Najjar was the President of the Business and Professional Women Association in Amman, a founding member of the Board of Trustees of the King’s Academy, in addition to many others.
