Khawla Osama Abdelmajed is 25 years old, Sudanese, IT graduate with the MSc in Information Technology software Engineering, she started her career as IT application engineer in a national company in Sudan as youth national services, then a teaching assistant at Khartoum University and currently serving as a volunteer at the African Union Commission.

She is passionate about Information Communication Technologies for Development ICT4D, Education, innovation, research, peace-building, youth development, and women right. She also believes in voluntarism and community service she started to be a volunteer from 2011 in several organizations in both On-line and off-line mode.

Khawal has three poster publication in an international conference, she and her team were a semifinalist in Ericsson Innovation Award competition 2015, she coordinates Khartoum University peace club, Trains youth, organize events, meetings, and manage volunteers as membership officer to the Sudanese Knowledge Scoeity SKS. She gets two capacity building programs, young women leadership program, selected as the best 60 girls from the young Sudanese girl working in the civil society, other training with the African Union selected amongst 5,500 African youth inside Africa
and diaspora.
With over three years of working experience, she developed her skills and knowledge, set of softskills: Cross-cultural communication skills, adaptive thinking, excellent networking abilities, quick learner, research skills, analytical skills, problem-solving, work individually, excellent team player and Knowledge Management. Also set of Technical set of skills Windows, Linux, networking, UML, troubleshooting, OTRS Administration, Knowledge Web technologies Content Management System CMS.
